If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — no explanation required.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

• Please contact our customer service before starting a return. In most cases, you won’t need to ship the product back.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is approved.

We strive to minimize unnecessary returns to reduce our environmental footprint — thank you for shopping consciously.

As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.

At Maison Saint, we go beyond the legal standard: you have 30 days to return your item as part of our customer-focused approach.

All Maison Saint products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

If your product becomes defective under normal use within 12 months, we’ll provide a free repair or replacement.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
