Orders & Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

Our average delivery time is 5–10 business days.

We ship directly from our European warehouses to keep operations efficient and offer free EU shipping on all orders.


My order is delayed. What should I do?

Sometimes shipments may take a little longer than expected.

If you haven’t received your package after a few extra days, please contact us at info@maisonsaint.store — we’ll be happy to assist you.

I only received part of my order. Is that normal?

Yes. Depending on stock location, items may be shipped separately.

Missing items usually arrive within 2–3 business days after the first package.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. Shipping is free on all orders within the European Union — regardless of order value.

 


Returns & Exchanges

 

Can I return my order?

Yes. As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery — no explanation needed.

At Maison Saint, we extend this to 30 days, reflecting our customer-first approach.


How do I start a return?

Simply email us at info@maisonsaint.store with your order number and reason for return.

In most cases, you won’t need to ship the item back — we’ll resolve it with a refund or replacement.


Do I need to physically return the product?

Often not. We aim to reduce unnecessary returns out of respect for the environment.

If a return is required, we’ll let you know with clear instructions.


Do I have to pay return costs?

If a return is required, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is approved or proof of shipment is received — and always within 14 days of withdrawal, as required by law.


Do you provide a cancellation form?

Yes. You are entitled to request the EU standard withdrawal form.

Just send us a message if you’d like a copy — it’s optional but available upon request.

 


Warranty

Do Maison Saint products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Maison Saint products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.


If your product becomes defective under normal use within 12 months, we will repair or replace it free of charge.


This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.

 


Order Tracking

Where can I find my tracking code?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking code and a link to follow your package.

My tracking code isn’t working yet. What should I do?

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

This is normal and depends on the carrier’s processing time.
